The East Pattaya village of Baan Suay Mai Ngam is a very nice housing community with houses available for rent and sale. It is just a short taxi ride or drive to Pattaya and Jomtien for the beach, shopping and nightlife. There are mini marts, 7-Elevens and Tesco Express just a couple of minutes away.
