RETURN ON INVESTMENT

6% GUARANTEED FOR 3 – 5 YEARS

The return on investment starts immediately the title deed is transferred to the buyer and we will pay annually up-front the full return. Terms and conditions are as follows:

  • 6% net return pre-paid annually from Serenity Jomtien Villas to the owner
  • Term of 3 to 5 years with 3 years guaranteed and the 4th and 5th years at the discretion of both parties
  • All maintenance fees including annual common fee, gardening and pool cleaning services, maid service, minor repairs and upkeep to be paid by Serenity Jomtien Villas
  • All utility bills paid by Serenity Jomtien Villas
  • Customer must purchase our standard ROI furniture and décor package (approx. cost between 700 – 900,000 THB depending on house type)
  • 6% return paid on price of house only
  • Customer may cancel the ROI agreement at any time provided they give 60 days notice and refund any pre-paid interest payments to Serenity Jomtien Villas
  • BONUS ROI – any ROI house purchases paid in full in advance shall receive 8% p/a (2% quarterly) interest until the time of house transfer
